Life is filled with everyday opportunities for faith in yourself, those around, and your higher power. As a young adult I lacked faith, and life was difficult. When I use the word faith I don't necessarily mean in terms of a specific religion or god, I like to think of faith as a principle to live by. When you don't have faith in your life, you will often second guess yourself, be overly skeptical of others, and be mistrusting of those around you.
