What motivated me to change was seeing how much pain gaming was causing in my life and how very little pleasure it was bringing not only me but also my friends. Often it was easier playing with my friend to see how annoyed they would be playing a game than to notice it myself. When I talk on the phone with my friends, they are usually upbeat and full of life. During many of our games, we would not have any good conversation because of my live stream and the pain of losing a game. The reason I told myself I was continuing to play video games was to play with my friends and finally I saw that there was a better way I could spend time with my friends besides gaming. W
