I learned this from Dr. John Gray the author of Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus, and What You Feel You Can Heal both of which are books I listened to on Audible. Dr. John Gray as also written Why Mars and Venus Collide: Improving Relationships by Understanding How Men and Women Cope Differently with Stress which I have purchased on Audible and will be reading soon. I hope in explaining the love letter technique for experiencing, healing, and transcending fear, anger, hurt, depression, rejection, anxiety, regret, and any other painful emotion that you are able to use it in your life to get the same results I do. If you are in recovery, the love letter method is similar to doing a fourth step fearless moral inventory where you look at everything and then find a way to move forward with the whole truth in mind. My exercise for today is to
