Hear inside of a challenging day for me today filled with depression, self-pity, anger, hurt feelings, and frustration which motivated me to do extra work helping others today! What I hope to share is that the purpose of inconvenient and uncomfortable emotions seems to be to bring each of us closer to each other for learning unconditional love and acceptance. Today I am grateful for so many experiences of that and for a chance to share here with you again!
