In 2016 I was one of the top Udemy instructors with 72 courses having earned over $620,000 within less than a year and a half including paying 4 contractors a full time wage to help me. The Udemy trust and safety team in June 2016 issued a "final account suspension" because of what they said were policy violations. This ban led to an immediate loss of 95% of my income which for most of us is what we dread the most in our financial lives.
