Day 98! Enter Zen From There!

Informações:

Synopsis

See my newest shirt which says Enter Zen From There at http://jerry.tips/2kWmymT and hear why I love this saying! Eckhart Tolle first shared this with me in the story of the zen master and his student. The student sat with the master and asked how do I enter zen? As the master looked out at the mountains behind the student, he asked if the student could hear the river running. When the student put his hand to his ear and listened for a minute, he told the master that yes he could here it. “Enter Zen From There” the master said. For a minute, the student thought about this answer. Then, he asked the master what he would have said if he had not heard the river running in the background. The master said he would have replied “Enter Zen From There." What do I love about this saying? The point is that zen is a state I aim to live in and wherever I am is the perfect place to enter it. Remembering this saying has often snapped me out of bad moods like self-pity, anger, depression, anxiety, and frustration
