Will trying a 16 hour fast daily give me health benefits like detoxification, weight loss, improved brain functionality, promoting longevity, speeding up metabolism, managing hunger, focusing eating patterns, immunity boost, relief for skin conditions like acne, and even support with self-enlightenment? After reading the health section of Tools of Titans by Tim Ferriss, I noticed consistently recommendations and testing with avoiding eating for a period of time which is called fasting. Religions such as Judaism, Christianity, and Islam all emphasize fasting in different ways along with Bahá'í Faith, Buddhism, Hinduism, and several others!
