Can we get happiness equal to a $50,000 pay raise with volunteering and charity? For me, the answer is clearly yes because in my personal life today I am a volunteer for around an hour daily and I have never been happier! Research from Happy Money shows the same to be true for others as people earning $25,000 a year that volunteer are just as happy as those earning $75,000 that do not. When I give more in life, I find that I also receive more which is what motivated me to start this Happier People podcast four months ago! In sharing the best of what I learn about having a peaceful life of service today, I know that not only am I volunteering my time on the podcast to help you but I am also learning and remaining accountable for what I tell you each day in my own life.
