Synopsis
This morning I woke up in a FOUL mood and within just a few minutes I was able to change it into an amazing feeling of JOY! Would you like to hear the story and exactly what I did? First, I honestly admitted I was full of fear, anxiety, and on the edge of another day filled with depression. Before getting out of bed, I prayed to stay sober and be unconditionally loving with the people in my life. In getting out of the bedroom, I spent around 30 minutes getting my daughter ready for the day from diaper change to a new outfit, reading, and play time. During this time, I felt so bad I cried on and off for half the time WITHOUT choosing a REASON that I felt that way. The feeling was there and rationally there was nothing wrong. Many times in my life I had fell into the trap of creating someone outside of me to blame when the truth is sometimes we just feel bad for no reason.
