How would you feel with a great night of sleep each night? Hear what works for me to consistently get 8 hours of sleep nightly including falling asleep, staying in REM and deep sleep, and waking up feeling restored! The simple truth I see is that people getting good sleep are consistently happier, healthier, and more productive than those waking up frequently, functioning on small amounts of sleep, sleeping sporadically, and struggling to get a good night of sleep. Does the insanity of day time life translate into the same for sleep? Is not the battle to get good sleep a tool to gain motivation for fixing the rest of problems in daily life? For me, the most unhappy parts of my life also found me with the most disrupted sleep.
