For the 6th year in a row, we will interview the current Miss Rodeo America on the eve of her truning her crown over to the next titlist.Chenae Shiner won the crown last year and has spent 2013 Touring the world representing rodeo. The Utah native will talk to us about her adventures as Miss Rodeo America and winding down her reign.
