Starring Bill Campbell as the spitting image of Cliff Secord, a young stunt pilot in the late 1930's, taking on the villainous Nazi spy, Neville Sinclair, charmingly portrayed by Allen's second favorite James Bond, Mr. Timothy Dalton.
