Then, like a flash of light reflected off the bottom of a Pepsi can, we were gifted with time-traveling turtles. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III (now retroactively subtitled "Turtles In Time") is a horrible waste of everyone's time. Even still, we manage to stay on topic somehow.
