One of the primary reasons an organization brings in a consulting firm, whether that be digital analytics, another practice, or for general guidance, is to get an assessment and feedback on the workings of the organization. Why is it then when providing the direct and uncomfortable feedback related to the findings of the assessment, the organization doesn’t want to hear it?  Why do stakeholders not want to share it, or worse, try to hide it?
