It’s expected that Kathleen Wynne will announce today her government’s intention to build a high speed rail line connecting Windsor to Toronto, and several communities in between. The trains are expected to travel anywhere between 250 and 300 km/h, with the project coming at a cost in theneighborhood of $20 billion.
