Mayor of Trent Hills Hector MacMillan is back on Canadian soil after seeking surgery in Germany. Hector suffers from pancreatic cancer and had his tumor removed when he travelled to Germany for the surgery. While no longer fearing for his life, he now seeks to help others seeking similar assistance.
