Should students be allowed to opt out of religious courses?

Informações:

Synopsis

Students at an Ontario Catholic School board will soon be able to opt out of religious courses and programs. A human rights complaint was filed by a student who said she was discriminated against for seeking exemption from classes that focused on religion. How will the settlement affect boards across the province?  We chat with the student’s lawyer about where she stood, why it’s discrimination, the way the court’s ruled and it’s impact.   Guest - Paul Champ, Champ & Associates
