Someone has taken it upon themselves to edit her neighbor's mail. Liz Phillips says she was concerned with flyers put out by Canadian Centre for Bioethical Reform. The flyer feature pictures of fetuses in utero and after abortion. Some of her neighbours didn't appreciate her mail monitoring and let Kelly know about it.
