Some changes are on the way for Toronto police. A report, Action Plan: The Way Forward, is being released Thursday afternoon at the Police Services board meeting. The document looks at ways to modernize the force, and will include plans for information technology, facilities and other resources to bring it up to date. The report from the Transformation Task Force, which was set up nearly a year ago, is also expected to include information about investments in technology, human resources and other areas, to support its recommendations.
