Alex is joined by Priscilla de Villiers, co-founder and Executive Director of the Victim Justice Network to discuss convicted rapist and killer Paul Bernardo.  A National Parole Board panel at the Millhaven Institution in eastern Ontario made the decision to deny Bernardo parole on Wednesday after just 30 minutes of deliberation.
