Alex is joined by Chris Alexander, Canadian politican and former diplomat, to talk about a Canadian couple, who after establishing their home and business in China more than 30 years ago, were detained by Chinese officials for no apparent reason. The couple compares their experience to former Canadian diplomat, Michael Kovrig, who was detained by the Chinese government earlier this month.
