You would think that some of the most dangerous criminals in this country would be tightly locked away in a maximum security facility, with little chance to be released. That doesn't seem to be case. It seems more and more these days, those who have commited some of the most heinous crimes in our nation's history are carrying out their sentences living in a minimum security prison, with some being monitored without armed guards.
