Small Business Spotlight… on Shy’s Place in Dundas. The restaurant has been operating since 2018 after 2 Years of construction turned a Victorian farmhouse into a restaurant! Their patio has gained traction over the years, curated to give an experience that is reminiscent  of rooftop city dining but in the suburbs. This year they have launched an “aprés ski” winter patio dining option - where hot lemon water is served in leiu of ice water, with blankets and fire pits along with menu items that reflect winter comforts.
