Kick Ass Muse

Katherine and I have always had one thing in common - food. We would always meet at amazing London restaurants studying the menu with great passion. What we didn't know though, is that we both hid something big...also related to food. Here is a talk of two women who overcame bulimia and anorexia and whose hope it is that sharing more stories like this will help other women come out, heal from shame and thrive. Please note: any negative comments will be deleted and reported. I am strict about this as sharing stories like this is incredibly hard and they serve only one purpose: encouragement for others who experience shame about their body and trauma.
