Felicity "Flick" Joyce joind Marni On The Move podcast Host, Marni Salup to talk all things triathlon LIVE from the OOFOS Recovery Lounge the week of IRONMAN World Championships in St.George, Utah. They sync up about training, motivation, racing, nutrition, and active recovery. Flick grew up in Australia before coming to the US in 2009. She got her start in team sports during her childhood, then became a rising star in the ultramarathon space before transitioning to triathlon shortly after her move to the US. She works as a full-time coach to athletes mostly in her home state of California. Some of her most recent athletic accomplishments include winning the Aquabike World Championships last year and setting the 6 hour time trial world record in 2019.  PLUS, Flick came in 8th in her Age Group at IRONMAN World Championships and is now KONA bound!
