Trista Francis is the Founder & Manager of Octagon Elite Triathlon Team Born and raised in Colorado, Trista coaches athletes of every kind, from olympic-hopefuls to Leadville 100 mountain bikers, to first-time Ironman athletes and everything in-between. The balance of coaching athletes and managing her own training comes from focusing on shorter distances, winning her age group at several ITU sprints over the past few years and participating in the USAT Sprint National Championships last year.
