The ancient Jewish harvest feast of Pentecost was fulfilled with the coming of the Holy Spirit on all flesh. The harvest of wheat became a harvest of humanity. Once with divided tongues and cultures manifesting in racism, sexism, ageism, and classism, the Holy Spirit heals the split in creation, restoring creation to integrity. This is seen in the first part of Peter's prophetic sermon. He takes various OT passages and concludes, that which was is now.
