In this episode we recommend some great movies that have some last resort heroes with our guest, local artist, Monster Mike. We chat about "Bubba Ho-Tep", "The Watchmen" & "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Secret of the Ooze". We get to know Monster Mike by learning about how he got started in his art, why he focuses on pop culture figures for his art & some of his comic con experiences. We talk about how awesome it is having Bruce Campbell play an old man Elvis in our first movie, the dark life of super heroes portrayed in our second film, & the over the top ways the ninja turtles tried to be comedic in our third film.
