This is a recording of the talk I gave at the opening session of the Lent Retreat in Daily living at St. Thomas Unversity School of Law.  I talked a little bit about Lent and about the format and flow of the retreat (which follows the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius).  I then spent some time going through the prayer material for this first week of prayer.  The podcast runs for 33:58.
