Lets take a different look at Depression. Depression is actually one side of the same coin as ... you guessed it... Expression! I look at depression being a POTENTIAL.. It is potency.. of your personality.. it wants to come out.. it wants to be expressed! Sometimes we do not find an outlet.. or a channel to let it flow out.. but that is what it wants so the energy can move and we can begin to feel happy again. Depression is a gift.. it is a chance to look at how much power and potency a person has inside of them..
