With the Women's world day of prayer and International Women's Day this month – we focus on women in leadership. First we travel to Nepal to hear about what in that culture is a radical women's leadership training programme. Then Spain, where a CMS partner is caring for vulnerable women in her community on the edge of Madrid. We also hear how a CMS partner is promoting women's leadership in a very traditional culture in DR Congo.
