A special edition of the Spanish Jazz radio show "Club de Jazz" where we conducted a lengthy interview with Vijay Iyer. "Holding it down: The veterans' dreams project" is the result of a three-year collaboration with veterans of color from the recent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. It is also the culmination of a trilogy of works with Mike Ladd. Vijay Iyer is among this year's recipients of the MacArthur Fellowship and in January will become Professor of the Arts in Harvard´s Department of Music.
