A special edition of the Spanish Jazz radio show 'Club de Jazz' where we conducted an interview with Rodrigo Amado. Rodrigo Amado (Lisbon, 1964) is one of the most renowned jazz musicians in the Portuguese jazz scene. In 2009 he formed the Motion Trio along with Miguel Mira (chelo) and Gabriel Ferrandini (drums), with whom he has just released "Desire & Freedom". Along the years, Rodrigo has played with Peter Evans, Jeb Bishop, Joe McPhee and Paal Nilssen-Love, among others. Besides his jazz musician role, Rodrigo is also a photographer and also writes about jazz for a Portuguese newspaper. The interview was originally broadcasted on December, 14th 2016.
