Dr. Tom Kirsch is the Director of the National Center for Disaster Medicine and Public Health at the Uniformed Services University for the Health Sciences and a Professor in Military and Emergency Medicine. He is a board-certified emergency physician and expert in disaster management and science, epidemiology, education, austere medicine and health care management.
