On my job In NYC we say that all problems are solved in the kitchen. In the kitchen is where we start each tour and end each tour laughing, busting chops, and drinking coffee. Since we are not actually in the firehouse, at this Kitchen Table we drink beers. Fire Captain Sean Kinkaid talks and jokes about the fire service hitting todays hot topics. Its the VERY lighter side of the fire service. Dont be offended by what you hear, nobody is safe from getting their balls busted.
