It achieved iconic status as the grass farm featured in the NEW YORK TIMES bestseller OMNIVORE’S DILEMMA by food writer guru Michael Pollan and the award-winning film documentary, FOOD INC.   Recently, I had a chance to visit the farm and was blown away by Joel’s perspective on innovation. “Disruption is critical for growth,” Joel said, as he explained his systematic approach for rotating his animals on the farm.
