Am I Taking Life Too Seriously? “Is this really worse than being covered in dog do-do?” The problem with taking ourselves too seriously is that we choose to look for approval — the fear of rejection prevents us from living our best lives. We allow people to become our judges. We allow events to be our jury and then we can never be free. Goals are important. But just maybe we give our goals too much significance. Its about the journey and the person we become along the way towards the destination. Many of you are experiencing very real situations, that are hard to laugh about, nor can they be. Crisis is ripe in the world and it’s not about dismissing them, it’s about looking at them from a larger perspective of your life and how you process those emotions.
