Prior to acquiring The Cross Timbers Gazette in 2006, Max Miller established hyperlocal websites in Lantana, TX and Fishers, IN (suburb of Indianapolis) and spent 17 years with Metro Traffic (now Total Traffic), overseeing radio and TV traffic and news reporting operations in Dallas, Indianapolis, and Richmond, VA. He and his wife of 19 years, Susan, have lived in southern Denton County for 14 years and have two children, a boy and girl.
