After some brief gossip about Discovery/TLC and several shows going down, Terence and Ian discuss the rules and regulations of poaching staff and crew from one show to the next.  Ian is stoked for his 2nd in command, Charlie Van Vleet.  Terence is stoked for his, Meredith Prunkard.  Where Terence prefers the thoroughbreds, Ian prefers the strays and misfits so he can spray some sunshine into their lives.
