Insight With Lise

It's been a long time since we last recorded.  It's been crazy with work.  Lise discusses working Sundays and Crystal is not use to working that much.  It's Lise's recovery week from training, so of course, she schedules everything else during this time.  Winter is still here and the snow tires are still not on. Seasonal affective disorder (SAD)  can be overwhelming at this time of the year.  Crystal mentions some of the symptoms.  The Mommas compare the weather during the March Break and Easter.   Lise chats about weather during her trip to Niagara Falls during the March Break.  Crystal went Blue Mountain for a few days during the March Break.The 400 Market, Crystal hadn't been in years.  Her boys didn't like it.
