Insight With Lise

Last week, we just couldn't put out what we recorded last week. The snow just disrupted Lises plans on sat, but when it snowed again on wed, Mike came to the rescue. Snow tires are a necessity where we live. What will this winter bring. Ski slopes are open earlier this year. Should be a great season. Christmas shopping. The weekends are not a time to be in the mall. People are crazy and cranky. Lise made the decision to shop locally this year. The shorter days make it hard people to be happy. Christmas can be hard for people for different reasons. Some people have lost loved ones around the holidays while other don't have extended families to celebrate with. To reduce stress, have realistic expectations, take shortcuts when you can or get help from others. Be mindful of your social calander, and watch your food/drink intake.
