Kim Smith is the Founder and CEO of Keep It Movin (K.I.M.), a 501c3 nonprofit organization that empowers, motivates, and educates previously-incarcerated women while preventing recidivism. Kim speaks about the challenges that female inmates face upon reintegration into society.
