There are at least two different dimensions to that statement. Firstly, who determines what is 'good'? Is it you? The consumer? The experts? It's a highly subjective term. When we set out to find a 'good' answer, we already have a pre-conceived idea of what 'good' means. If you come to me with an answer that doesn't fit my ideas, then I may perceive it as a bad idea, when in fact, it is the right idea. Secondly, maybe the idea that you presented may be wrong for this problem, but it could be perfect for another problem. And if you want to take that a step further, if we have misdiagnosed the problem in the first place...it may well be the right answer after all. What do you think?
