Episode 3- CONT Don’t hire the wrong person! We pick up where The Godfather left off. We discussed what Human Resources tries to do to speed the process up with their questions. However, are they the right questions? We start the podcast off with some sample questions The Godfather may ask an applicant. Jake answers these questions as though he was in an interview and Ed gives his opinion about the answers provided. There are a few stories told about applicant’s Ed interviewed over the years. Some good and some not so good but overall you will be able to see what should be important to the hiring manager. IS THE APPLICANT WILLING TO WORK? IS THE APPLICANT WILLING TO PUT IN THE TIME AND ENERGY TO BECOME THE BEST THEY CAN BE? This has nothing to do with experience or knowledge but with work ethics. This should be the deciding factor.
