If you are able to get quality referrals from existing customers you will make your wallet fatter, faster. A prospect that receives a recommendation from a business associate is more likely to give you the opportunity to explain your product or service. To be successful you need to get more of these opportunities. Cold calling is required but if you can simply get over referral aversion and ask for it, you can be more effective closing.
