Preparation- be ready, be on time and know who you are meeting with Interview- keep rapport to a minimum, eye contact, listen and answer the questions. Very important, ask questions.  Have a conversation, be personable.  “Tell me about a time….” Answer questions using the STAR technique -Situation, Task, Action, Result Follow-up – email or send them a card saying thank you.
