Episode 16: Would you be willing to give up your life savings in exchange for a chance to chase your dream? Jake Hulse, writer & director of Heroes Don’t Come Home did just that. The film had its world premiere on June 8, 2016 at the Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Los Angeles & recently became available on Amazon Prime. Hulse graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Criminal Justice. Shortly after the events of 9/11, Jake realized his dream of becoming an F.B.I. agent was no longer the end goal, and began focusing on film as his passion. He made many sacrifices along the way, but at the end of the day, Jake followed through with his vision. He now has a film to share with the rest of the world.
