Depending on the day of the week Cam Meekins might be wearing one of a handful of hats. He’s a rapper, producer, entrepreneur and enthusiast who loves to create. He was raised in Wellesley, MA and was the youngest of five children. At 15 he was involved in a life threatening jet ski accident that completely changed his perspective of the world and so he began to go all in on music because of it. By the age of 17 he really started to gain some traction and kept running with it. At one point he had a short deal with Atlantic Records and eventually launched his own label, Lamp City Records which is still running today. Music has provided him with a platform to talk about what he’s currently going through in his life and he feels it’s his responsibility to use the art as a way to express the wins, losses and everything in between.
