Earlier this week we released Episode 93 with Matt D’Avella, Creating + Building An Audience Is Difficult. He was the director of Minimalism: A Documentary About The Important Things and now is the host of The Ground Up Show podcast. I had seen the documentary on Netflix in 2016 and it changed the way I saw the “things” in my life and made me realize having less was actually better. Not only did it clear up the clutter in my room because I had less “things” to worry about but I also felt I had clearer headspace - less shit to worry about and more time to focus on doing things I wanted to do.
