5 paragraph essays are now allowed. Keep it short, simple & sweet. Outline: 1st Paragraph: 2-3 sentence of who you’re / what you do. 2nd Paragraph: 3-4 sentences of why you’re e-mailing them & the ask of what you’re looking for. 3rd Paragraph: 1-2 sentences of your previous work / examples of what you’re offering/selling with links/attached files.
